    Complaints and Concerns

At Sandcross Primary School and Nursery, we value our relationships with parents and carers and are committed to listening to concerns and resolving issues fairly, promptly and respectfully.

We encourage parents and carers to raise any concerns with the school at the earliest opportunity so that we can work together to resolve matters wherever possible.

Where a concern cannot be resolved informally, parents and carers can make a formal complaint in accordance with the Everychild Partnership Trust Complaints Policy.

The policy explains the different stages of the complaints process, including informal resolution, formal complaints and the complaints panel process.
